【摘要】 对秦皇岛市观光农业资源的发展现状及类型进行了SWOT分析,认为秦皇岛市观光农业的发展现状及类型可分为4类:观光式现代农业种植园,观光式畜牧养殖及海洋动物园,观光式休闲采摘园,观光式水库和森林公园。为此,秦皇岛市政府部门应加强园地规划,调节总量平衡,观光农业企业应根据自身优势准确进行市场地位,深化项目开发和增强竞争优势,观光农业产业应加强生态环境维护,提高自身管理和服务水平,观光农业旅游企业应走多元化经营,其他产业反哺观光旅游业的发展之路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the SWOT analysis of the present development conditions and types of sightseeing agriculture resources in Qinhuangdao,there are four types as follows: modern agriculture planting field;animal stock farm, aquatic breeding farm and ocean zoo;vegetable and fruit picking garden;and reservoir and forest park.Qinhuangdao government should strengthen garden plan,and adjust total amount balance.Sightseeing agriculture enterprises ought to fix themselves in the proper marketing position and deepen items development and research in order to maintain and strengthen competition advantage on the basis of their own situations,these enterprises have to pay attention to the protection of ecological environment and improvement of management and service;they also need a multiple-operation management with other businesses as the supporters of sightseeing tourism industry.更多还原
