CaCl2对水泥浆体流动度经时损失的影响及其原因
The Influence of Calcium Chloride on Fluidity Loss of Cement Paste and analysis of its reason
【摘要】 实验结果表明,少量CaCl2将增大硅酸盐水泥浆体的流动度经时损失。由于CaCl2降低二水石膏在Ca(OH)2饱和溶液中的溶解速度并增大其溶解度,使早期硅酸盐水泥浆体的液相组成发生了变化,浆体中水化产物生成量增加,自由水减少,从而导致浆体流动度经时损失增大。
【Abstract】 The experiments show that a few calcium chloride will result in the increase of the fluidity loss of portland cement paste,Calcium chloride can decreaae the dissolution rate of dihydrate gypsum in calcium hydroxide saturated solution and increase its dissolubility.Because Calcium chloride changes the early liquid composition of Portland ce- ment paste,quantity of hydrated products in paste will increase and the amount of free water will decrease.Base on this reason,the fluidity loss of paste will increase.
