【Abstract】 The soil water is the most active factor in water cycle,which directly influences formation of surface water and ground water.As the link of the two latter,it is also the water source of vegetation for survival.The soil water regionalization of Hebei Province should be based on the soil zonality, harmonize with the agricultural regionalization and keep the administration districts in integrity.The Hebei soil water regionalization is classified into three grades,7 regions,14 sub-regions and 28 patches.更多还原
