抑制CO2/H2S腐蚀的气液双相新型缓蚀剂的制备及评价
Development of A New Corrosion Inhibitor For Controlling CO2/H2S Corrosion In Vapro and Liquid Phases
【摘要】 通过合成咪唑啉、噻唑类衍生物,将其与低分子量的有机胺及表面活性剂进行复配得到复配缓蚀剂。用静态挂片失重法研究它们的缓蚀效率。结果表明该复配物对抑制CO2/H2S的气液两相的腐蚀有良好的效果。并通过极化曲线等手段研究了该缓蚀剂的缓蚀机理。
【Abstract】 Dihydrothiazole and imidazole were synthesized and mixed with normal corrosion inhibitors.The efficiency of these inhibitors were studied by static weight loss method.Dihydrothiazole was used together with thiourea and surfactant was a good corrosion inhibitor for controlling CO2/H2S corrosion both in vapor and liquid phases.The mechanism was explained by polarization curves and SEM.
