【Abstract】 The lack of personnel at township coal mines has hindered the development of security and progress in science and technology.In this article,taken Jiangxi Province as an example,the author discuses the status of professional and technical personnel at the township coal mines and the training mode of professional and technical personnel at township coal mines.This provides reference for speeding up the coal-like professionals training at vocational institutions.更多还原
