【Abstract】 In this study,pH-responsive chitosan and agarose composite microspheres were prepared by the ion cross-linking technique.The size,morphology,pH-responsibility were studied by different equipments and technique.The influence of sodium tripolyphosphate content,the mass ratio of agarose to chitosan and ion cross-linking time on the drug release performance of composite microspheres were discussed when theophylline was investigated as objective drug.The results showed that the proper addition of agarose into the chitosan aqueous solution could improve the drug controlled release of composite microspheres.更多还原
