3-羟基丙酸途径研究进展
Advances in Studies of 3-Hydroxypropionate Pathway
【摘要】 3-羟基丙酸途径是人们近些年才发现的一种新的CO2固定途径,存在于橙色绿屈挠菌和多种嗜酸嗜热的古细菌中。途径中的关键代谢中间产物为3-羟基丙酸,并且涉及到多种在其它的自养CO2固定途径中并不常见的多功能酶。介绍了近几年3-羟基丙酸途径研究的新进展及其理论意义和潜在的应用价值。
【Abstract】 A new autotrophic pathway,3-hydroxypropionate pathway,has been discovered in Chloroflexus aurantiacus,a facultative aerobic,phototrophic bacterium.Subsequently,similar pathways are discovered in many thermophilic and acidophilic members of the Crenarchaeota.The common character of these pathways is 3-hydroxypropionate as metabolic intermediate.And many multifunctional enzymes involved in this pathway are rare in other autotrophic pathways.Except theoretical significance,potential biotechnological applications for the 3-hydroxypropionate pathway are also evaluated.
