三种矿物对过氧化氢酶活性的影响
The Influence of Three Minerals on Catalase Activity
【摘要】 研究了针铁矿、赤铁矿和高岭石对过氧化氢酶活性的影响。结果表明,针铁矿可以激活过氧化氢酶的活性,高岭石抑制了过氧化氢酶的活性,赤铁矿对过氧化氢酶的活性影响不明显;加入了针铁矿、赤铁矿、高岭石培养液后,过氧化氢酶的最适温度、pH值和对照酶相比均发生改变,且过氧化氢酶活性随培养时间的延长均急剧下降。
【Abstract】 Influence of three minerals(goethite,hematite and kaolinite) on catalase activity was investigated.The activity of catalase was stimulated by goethite and restrained by kaolinite,and the influence of hematite on catalase activity was unconspicuous.By contrast with the catalase control,the optimum temperature and pH value of culture solutions were changed by adding goethite,hematite and kaolinite,respectively.All the catalase activity of the culture solutions descended sharply with time.
