细菌纤维素纳米支架材料生物酶解的初步研究
Enzymatic Hydrolysis of Bacterial Cellulose for Nanosize Scalfold-Materials
【摘要】 对细菌纤维素的纤维素酶解进行了单因素实验研究,探讨了酶用量、酶解时间及酶解温度等工艺条件对细菌纤维素酶解程度的影响。结果表明:在0.6%~1.6%的酶用量范围内,细菌纤维素的降解程度随酶用量的增加而提高;在0.4%~1.2%的酶用量范围内,细菌纤维素的降解程度随酶解时间的延长而提高,但是在后期增加的程度有所降低;在1~7 d的酶解时间内,细菌纤维素的降解程度随酶解时间的延长而不断提高;在45~55℃的酶解温度范围内,细菌纤维素的降解程度随温度升高呈先升后降的趋势,较适温度为50℃。
【Abstract】 Enzymatic hydrolysis processes of bacterial cellulose (BC) were investigated by one-way.Effects of enzyme content,hydrolysis time and temperature on hydrolysis degree of BC(HDBC) were explored.HDBC varied with enzyme content,hydrolysis temperature and time.HDBC increased with the increase of enzyme content at a range of 0.6%~1.6%.When enzyme content was at a range of 0.4%~1.2%,HDBC enhanced with increase of hydrolysis time,but increased slowly at the end of hydrolysis.Hydrolysis degree increased,and then decreased with the increase of hydrolysis temperature,the appropriate hydrolysis temperature for BC was 50℃.
