用大孔树脂富集回收栀子苷的工艺研究
Study on Technology for Collecting of Gardenoside with Macroporous Resin
【摘要】 为避免栀子黄天然色素生产中栀子苷的浪费和流失,采用几种树脂从生产废液中富集回收栀子苷,栀子苷含量用紫外分光光度法测定。通过静态实验筛选出合适的大孔树脂D101,最佳工艺条件如下:栀子苷浓度为0.5 mg.mL-1,吸附流速为5 mL.min-1,洗脱流速为10 mL.min-1,70%乙醇洗脱。
【Abstract】 To avoid the waste of gardenoside in the production of gardenia yellow pigment,several kinds of adsorbent resins were used to collect gardenoside from the waste solution,and its content was determined by means of ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Macroporous resin D101 was proved to be suitable by static experiments,and the optimum technology conditions were concluded as follows:gardenoside concentration 0.5 mg·mL-1,adsorption flow rate 5 mL·min-1,70% ethanol as eluent,elution flow rate 10 mL·min-1.
