反式-O-(3-氯-2-丙烯基)丙酮肟醚的制备研究
Research on Synthesis of E-Acetone oxime O-(3-chloro-2-propenyl)ether
【摘要】 研究了硫酸羟胺与反式-1,3-二氯丙烯反应制备反式-O-(3-氯-2-丙烯基)丙酮肟醚的合成工艺,确定优化工艺条件如下:硫酸羟胺与反式-1,3-二氯丙烯摩尔比为0.5∶1、反应时间为4 h、反应温度为70~80℃,此时反式-O-(3-氯-2-丙烯基)丙酮肟醚的收率为70.9%、纯度为94.6545%。
【Abstract】 E-Acetone oxime O-(3-chloro-2-propenyl)ether was prepared with hydroxylamine sulfate and E-1,3-dichloropropene.The optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows:n(hydroxylamine sulfate)∶n(E-1,3-dichloropropene) was 0.5∶1,reaction time was 4 h,reaction temperature was 70~80℃.The yield and purity of the product under above couditions could be 70.9% and 94.6545%,respectively.
