分子筛催化木糖制备糠醛的研究
The Study of Producing Furfural from Xylose on Molecular Sieve Catalyst
【摘要】 以5分子筛为催化剂、甲苯为萃取剂、木糖为原料制备了糠醛,考察了催化剂用量、溶剂用量、反应时间及反应温度对糠醛产率的影响。确定最佳工艺参数为:5 g木糖、5分子筛催化剂2.0 g、蒸馏水50 mL、甲苯100 mL、反应时间4 h、反应温度170℃,糠醛最大产率为29.2%。
【Abstract】 The article deals with the technology of producing furfural from xylose using molecular sieve(5) as catalyst and toluene as extracting agent.Effects of various factors(the amount of catalyst and solvent, reaction time and temperature) on yield of furfural are discussed.The optimized conditions are determined as follows:the amount of xyolse 5 g,the amount of molecular sieve(5) catalyst 2.0 g,distilled water(as a solvent for xylsoe) 50 mL,toluene 100 mL,reaction time 4 h,reaction temperature 170℃.The highest yield of furfural reach to 29.2%.
