W/O型微乳液法制备纳米SiO2
Preparation of Nanosize SiO2 Particles by Water-in-oil Microemulsion Method
【摘要】 选择适当的乳化剂和水解温度以及控制水与乳化剂的摩尔比,采用W/O型微乳液法在聚醚多元醇中通过正硅酸乙酯的水解、缩合反应合成了纳米SiO2。红外光谱法(FTIR)证明纳米SiO2粒子的生成,透射电子显微镜(TEM)显示合成的SiO2微粒呈球状且分散,粒径分布在50~70 nm。研究了反应时间、正硅酸乙酯用量、滴加速度及pH值对纳米SiO2制备的影响。通过实验得知,反应时间2 h左右,24 mL聚醚多元醇中正硅酸乙酯的用量0.9~3.6 mL,在10 min内滴加完毕能达到最佳反应效果。
【Abstract】 Nanosize SiO2 particles were prepared using water-in-oil microemulsion method in polyether polyol with hydrolysis and condensation reactions of tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS) by means of controlling molar ratio of water to surfactant and selecting moderate hydrolysis temperature.Nanosize SiO2 particles were characterized by FTIR,TEM.The results indicated that silica particles were spherical,dispersed with size range of 50~70 nm.The effects of reaction time,dosage and dropping velocity of TEOS,pH value of the microemulsion system on the preparation of nanosize SiO2 particles were studied.
