大豆蛋白纤维结构与染整性能的分析
Analysis of the soybean protein fiber structure and dyeing performance
【摘要】 分析了大豆蛋白纤维结构与漂白、染色等染整性能的关系,以及活性染料对大豆蛋白纤维染色的机理。结果表明:活性基反应性强(如乙烯砜、一氟均三嗪)的活性染料更适合大豆蛋白纤维染色,其不仅可与大豆蛋白组分反应,也可与聚乙烯醇组分反应。大豆蛋白和聚乙烯醇组分同时染色对纤维表面的颜色均一性是十分重要的。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the relation between soybean protein fiber structure and finishing process of bleaching and dyeing,and analyzes dyeing mechanism of reactive dyes to soybean fiber.The results show that the reactive dyes with high reacting capacity are more adaptable to the soybean fiber.The soybean protein and polyvinyl alcohol can be dyed at the same time,which is more important to the homogeneity of colour.
