仿真技术在企业管控模式演变中应用趋势研究
Application Trends of Simulation Technology in the Evolution of the Enterprise Management and Control Mode
【摘要】 首先提出现代制造企业中管理和控制的分离态将逐步演变为管控一体化模式。继而指明制造系统运作管理时,须实时动态响应市场变化、订单调整、生产故障等不确定性因素,并基于仿真校验决策。最后整体化描述生产计划、调度和控制,利用工作流仿真可视化管理的匹配资源,基于经典仿真理论控制生产过程。从而说明现代企业应用仿真技术的必要性和有效性及具体措施。
【Abstract】 In the manufacturing execution system,computer simulation is effective in design,operation and optimization.Since the mode of management and control developed from separation to integration,the use of computer simulation in enterprise management and control will ensure the stability of the process,which will meet the demands of modern manufacturing enterprise.
