AE/VTMS二元共聚物的合成研究
Synthesis and Characterization of Vinyltrimethoxylsilane/Acrylated Epoxy Resin Dipolymer
【摘要】 以丙烯酸环氧树脂(AE),乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(VTM S)为单体,通过溶液聚合制备了含有机硅氧烷的二元共聚物溶液.通过正交实验对工艺条件进行了优化,研究了单体配比对转化率的影响,并用IR表征了共聚物的结构,热失重法(TGA)对其稳定性进行了分析测试.结果表明:共聚物中成功地引入了有机硅链节,且随着硅含量的增加,共聚物耐热性提高.
【Abstract】 The dipolymer using vinyltrimethoxysilane and acrylated epoxy resin as monomer was synthesized by means of solution copolymerization.Technological process of reaction was optimized by the cross experiment.At the same time,the structure of dipolymer were examined by using of the apparatus-IR. The thermal stabilities of polyurethane were examined by TGA.The results showed that silicone chains were successfully introduced into the dipolymer.With the increasing of amount of silicon,heat-resistant of polymer will be increased.
