【Abstract】 With the US withdral of ABM Treaty in2002and its restart ofMissile Defense project,the outer space is facing high risk of becaming new arena of arm race.Although there is no concrete restrictions on the legality of using space weapons,many international legal instruments including UN Charter all attempt to fufill the non-militarization of outer space.The Partial Test Ban Treaty prohibits Statesfrom demonstrating the testing of nuclear explosions in outer space,Environmental Modification ConventionandOuter Space Treatyprohibits any military or hostile use of outer space.更多还原
