【Abstract】 On the background of globalization,this paper is concerning about some basic questions of the task,means,object and procedure of foreign-concerned economic management system.As regards its object,to consummate the foreign-concerned economic management system we should focus on promote the ability of international competetion;As regards means,we should make consummating of the foreign-concerned economic management system as reflection of changing and transition;As regards task,to consummate the foreign-concerned economic management system we should consider accurately the new requirment of the socalled "after-WTO times";Besides,as regards the key procedure,we should focus stress that the government shall improve the administrative ability of "govern with good faith".Consummating the foreign-concerned economic management system also reflect the essence of the economic law.更多还原
