【Abstract】 The difference modes for the participation of entrepreneur human capital in enterprise property right and the related governance directly affect the animating extent of entrepreneur human capital and the efficiency of enterprise governance.From historical and realistic logic,this article investigates the participation of entrepreneur human capital in the enterprise property right for three typical enterprise shapes,and proposes that the symmetrical arrangement of residual claim right and residual control right is the ultimate way for the participation of entrepreneur human capital in the enterprise property right in the modern stock-company.更多还原
