精密控温箱内腔温度稳定性的理论研究
Theoretical study on temperature stability of precision temp-enclosure
【摘要】 针对精密控温箱内腔温度难以达到稳定的问题,提出利用Laplace方程对精密控温箱绝热层与均温层的厚度比进行理论研究,结合非稳态热传导方程,求解得到:当绝热层与均温层的厚度比近似为1:1时,精密控温箱内腔温度的稳定性最好。
【Abstract】 To improve temperature stability of precision temp-enclosure,the thickness ratio of heat-insulating layer to homogeneity layer is analyzed with Laplace equation.The varied heat quantity conductive equation is used.The conclusion shows that temperature stability is dependent on the ratio,and it performs best with the ratio around 1: 1.
