【摘要】 目的建立灵芝和灵芝产品中多糖肽的含量测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长为750nm,用灵芝活性多糖肽GL-PP-T4为对照品,测定灵芝与灵芝产品中多糖肽的含量。结果多糖肽GL-PP-T4在25μg.mL-1～250μg.mL-1的范围内呈现良好的线性,r为0.9994,平均回收率是99.45%,RSD为0.98%(n=5)。且本法能排除制剂中淀粉添加剂的干扰。结论本法稳定可靠、简便快速,可作为灵芝及其产品质量控制指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To develop a method for the determination of polysaccharide peptides in Ganoderma lucidum fruit body and Ganoderma Lucidum Production.METHODS The contents of polysaccharide peptides in Ganoderma lucidum fruitbody and Ganoderma lucidum were determined by UV spectrophotometry at 750nm,with GL-PP-T4(Polysaccharide Peptides of Ganoderma lucidum) being used as the reference substance.RESULTS The standard curve for GL-PP-T4 showed good linearity in the concentration range of 25μg·mL-1～250μg·mL-1,with the r value being of 0.9994 the mean recovery rate being of 99.45%,and the RSD being of 0.98%(n=5).The interference of starch additive was effectively eliminated.CONCLUSION The method is dependable,convenient and rapid,and can be used for quality control of Ganoderma lucidum gruit body and processed products thereof.更多还原
