RP-HPLC测定血清中五种苯二氮类药物的浓度

【摘要】 目的建立反相高效液相色谱法同时测定血清中五种苯二氮类药物浓度。方法采用Hypersil C18(4.6mm×250mm,10μm)色谱柱,甲醇-乙腈-水(48∶14∶38,V/V)为流动相,检测波长为254nm,室温检测。结果五种苯二氮类药物分离较好,浓度在0.15~40μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,回收率为96.3%~104.4%,日内及日间精密度RSD<4.7%。结论本法简便、快速,适用于临床血药浓度的常规监测和中毒病人的急救诊断。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE A HPLC method was established for determination of five Benzodiazepines in serum concentration.METHODS Hypersil C18(4.6mm×250mm,10μm)colum was used.the mobile phase was composed of Methanval-acetonitrile-water(48∶14∶38,V/V),and the detecting wave-length was 254nm.RESULTS The linearity of Ben-zodiazepines in serum was in the range of 0.15μg·mL-1~40μg·mL-1.The recovery was 96.3%~104.4%,RSD of with-day and between-day were less than 4.7%.CONCLUSION This method is simple、quick and accurate for determination of five Benzodiazepines concentration in serum.
