RP-HPLC测定血清中五种苯二氮类药物的浓度
Determination of five benzodiazepines concentration in serum by RP-HPLC
【摘要】 目的建立反相高效液相色谱法同时测定血清中五种苯二氮类药物浓度。方法采用Hypersil C18(4.6mm×250mm,10μm)色谱柱,甲醇-乙腈-水(48∶14∶38,V/V)为流动相,检测波长为254nm,室温检测。结果五种苯二氮类药物分离较好,浓度在0.15~40μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,回收率为96.3%~104.4%,日内及日间精密度RSD<4.7%。结论本法简便、快速,适用于临床血药浓度的常规监测和中毒病人的急救诊断。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE A HPLC method was established for determination of five Benzodiazepines in serum concentration.METHODS Hypersil C18(4.6mm×250mm,10μm)colum was used.the mobile phase was composed of Methanval-acetonitrile-water(48∶14∶38,V/V),and the detecting wave-length was 254nm.RESULTS The linearity of Ben-zodiazepines in serum was in the range of 0.15μg·mL-1~40μg·mL-1.The recovery was 96.3%~104.4%,RSD of with-day and between-day were less than 4.7%.CONCLUSION This method is simple、quick and accurate for determination of five Benzodiazepines concentration in serum.
