【摘要】 目的研究中药仙鹤复方乙醇提取物的急性毒性,以及中药仙鹤复方乙醇提取物和水提取多糖对小鼠移植性肿瘤H 22的抑瘤作用,进而对中药仙鹤复方进行抗肿瘤活性研究。方法测定中药仙鹤复方乙醇提取物的LD50,建立荷实体型肝癌H 22小鼠模型,观察中药仙鹤复方乙醇提取物和水提取多糖的抑瘤作用。结果中药仙鹤复方乙醇提取物的LD 50为26.95g.k-g 1,95%可信区间为21.99~33.01g.k-g 1;中药仙鹤复方乙醇提取物9.25g.k-g 1.-d 1剂量组与中药仙鹤复方水提取多糖8.05g.kg-1.-d 1剂量组对小鼠移植性肿瘤H 22均有明显的抑制作用,其抑瘤率分别为49.2%(P<0.01)和33.7%(P<0.01)。结论中药鹤复方乙醇提取物和水提取多糖对小鼠移植性肿瘤H 22有抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe the acute toxicity of alcohol extracts of chinese traditional compound medicine-Xianhe,and the anti-tumor activity of aqueous extracts and alcohol extracts of Xianhe on transplanted tumor H22 in mice.METHODS The LD50 of alcohol extracts of Xianhe was investigated;Mice of Kunming species which had got the transplanted tumor H22 were used to be experimental model,and antitumor activities were recorded.RESULTS The value of LD50 of alcohol extracts is 26.95g·kg-1,and its range of reliability is 21.99～33.01g·kg-1;The tumor inhibitory rate of alcohol extracts trial group(9.25g·kg-1·d-1)and aqueous extracts trial group(8.05g·kg-1·d-1)were 49.2%(P<0.01)and 33.7(P<0.01),respectively;there were both obvious anti-tumorg activities.CONCLUSION In tumor inhibitory test,it was shown that the aqueous extracts and alcohol extracts of Xianhe may possess significantly inhibitory effect on tumor growth of transplanted H22 in mice.更多还原
