32例新生儿肺炎克雷伯菌败血症临床分析

【摘要】 目的探讨新生儿克雷伯菌败血症药敏情况,为临床合理治疗提供依据。方法对2000年至2006年经治的新生儿败血症中,培养结果为肺炎克雷伯菌的做药敏试验。结果肺炎克雷伯菌对亚胺培南、帕尼培南敏感率达100%,对庆大霉素、阿米卡星、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星的敏感率为75-84.38%,对青霉素类、头孢菌素类均不敏感。结论因肺炎克雷伯菌有部分为产超广谱β-内酰胺酶菌株,耐药性强,对常用的抗生素不敏感,应根据药敏试验结果应用抗生素,以提高临床治愈率。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the drug sensitivity and treatment of neonatal sepsis caused by Klebsiella pneumoniae. Methods Blood samples from neonatal sepsis were culture from 2000 to 2006, and Klebsiella pneumoniae positive cultured were selected to susceptibility tests. Results It was found that all the Klebsiella pneumoniae strains were sensitive to carbapenems such as imipenem and panipenem, but resistant to penicillin and the Klebsiella pneumoniae to gentamicin, amikacin, ciprofloxacin and of loxacin was 75~84.38%. Conclusions Part of the Klebsiella pneumoniae strains are extended spectrum beta-lactamase-producing enterobacteriaceae and insensitive to the commonly used antibiotics. It is suggested the antibiotics should be used according to drug sensitivity.
