【摘要】 目的评价盐酸溴己新静脉给药佐治毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法选择毛细支气管炎患者74例,随机分为治疗组36例和对照组38例。对照组常规抗感染、解痉平喘、止咳治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上辅以盐酸溴己新静脉治疗。结果治疗组喘憋、气促、肺部体征恢复情况明显优于对照组,总有效率94.4%,明显高于对照组68.4%,而且病程明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论盐酸溴己新静脉给药佐治毛细支气管炎疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Bromhexine Hydrochloride injecting to vein to accessorily treat the capillarity bronchitis. Methods Chose 74 capillarity bronchitis patients, who were randomly divided into two groups: 36 cases in treatment group and 38 cases in comparison group. The comparison group was treated using anti-infection, spasmolysis, calming down asthma and relieving a cough. The treatment group was injected Bromhexine Hydrochloride in vein on the basis of the treatment equal to the comparison group. Results The treatment group surpassed the comparison group on suppressant gasping for breath, the short of breath and the restoration of lungs symptom. The total effectiveness was 94.4%, obviously higher than comparison group, which was 68.4% Moreover, the course of an illness reduced (P<0.01) obviously.
