【摘要】 目的观察口服妈咪爱和思密达治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效。方法将140例新生儿黄疸患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组两组,采用经皮测胆红素仪监测新生儿黄疸变化,通过两组间新生儿黄疸高峰值和黄疸出现高峰日龄两方面的对照比较观察其疗效。结果治疗组比对照组黄疸高峰值明显下降(P<0.05);黄疸高峰出现的日龄治疗组比对照组提前(P<0.05)。结论妈咪爱和思密达治疗新生儿黄疸可使黄疸高峰值下降,且缩短新生儿黄疸持续时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of oral Mami’ai and Smecta in the Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice. Methods 140 children were randomly divided into 2 group,namely,treatment group and control group. When the fluctuation of neonatal jaundice had been monitored through transcutaneous bilirubin test,the high peak of neonatal jaundice and the number of days on which the high peak appeared could be compared with those in the other group to show the effect of Mami’ai and Smecta. Results In treatment group,the high peak of neonatal jaundice comparatively decreased (p<0.05) and the day of high peak came early (p<0.05). Conclusions Mami’ai and Smecta can lower the high peak of neonatal jaundice and shorten its period of time.更多还原
