【摘要】 目的报告应用主动脉内球囊反搏(IABP)治疗术后危重心脏病患者的疗效。方法对12例心脏手术后并发心源性休克及低心排的患者应用IABP治疗。其中双瓣置换术3例,二尖瓣置换加冠状动脉搭桥术2例,主动脉瓣置换加冠状动脉搭桥术1例,单纯冠状动脉搭桥术6例。结果9例顺利脱离IABP,成功率为75%(9/12)。结论IABP是抢救危重心脏病患者的有效措施,对危重心脏病有适应证者应及早使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To report the Clinical results of intraaortic balloon counterpulsation (IABP) in application for critical patient after heart surgery. Methods Twelve patients with cardiogenic shock or low cardiac output syndrome after heart surgery were treated with IABP. Those patients included Double valve replacement,mitral valve replacement combined with coronary artery bypass grafting,aortic valve replacement combined with coronary artery bypass grafting,coronary artery bypass grafting. Results IABP support was successfully withdrawn in 9 patients. The survival rate of patients was 75% (9/12). Conclusions IABP is an effective procedure for critical patient after heart surgery,if critical heart patients have indications,we should apply IABP early.更多还原
