【摘要】 目的探讨经皮肾镜下应用第三代弹道超声波碎石清石系统治疗复杂性肾结石的临床效果和操作体会。方法总结分析我院应用经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL),结合最先进的第三代弹道超声波碎石清石系统治疗复杂性肾结石89例的临床资料。结果89例均成功一期取石术,仅2例需二期PCNL清石。平均手术时间90min,肾造瘘管留置时间平均4d,术后平均住院时间6d。术后大出血1例。结石清除率91%。结论经皮肾穿刺造瘘取石术具有损伤小、恢复快、住院时间短、结石清除率高、并发症少等优点,是治疗复杂性肾结石的较好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficiency and experiment of percutaneous nepralithotomy (PCNL) using the third generation Swiss LithoClast Master in treating complex renal calculi. Methods We retrospectively investigated 89 patients who underwent PCNL for complex renal calculi. We innovated neotype nephroscope combinated ureteroscope and the advanced third generation Swiss Litho Clast Master. Results 89 cases were successful performed one-stage PCNL. 2 cases needed a second session for stone-free. The average operative time was 90 minutes, average retention time of nephrostomy tube 4 days, and average hospitalization being 6 days. One case had massive hemorrhage. The stone-free rate was 91%. Conclusions PCNL has advantages of safe and effective, postoperative early resumption and shorter hospital stay. The new combination pneumatic/ultrasonic device appears to be efficacious and safe for removing large renal calculi. Which may provide an effective modality for treatment of complex renal calculi.更多还原
