九里香、柚花瓣HPL基因保守序列的克隆与分析
Cloning and sequencing of cDNA encoding conservative regions of hydroperoxide lyase in petals of Murraya paniculata,Citrus maxima
【摘要】 根据GenBank中登录的一些植物的脂氢过氧化物裂解酶基因的保守序列设计引物,采用RT-PCR技术从芸香科的2种植物(九里香、柚)的花瓣中扩增出该基因的cDNA片段。测序表明,片段大小为512bp。2个片段均包含HPL基因的4个活性中心,并且同源性很高。
【Abstract】 PCR primers were designed based on the consensus sequence of some hydroperoxide lyase(HPL) genes registered in GenBank.Two aimed 512 bp HPL gene-conserving sequences were obtained by using RT-PCR.Both of the fragments contained the four conserved structure domains of HPL gene and shared high homology each other.
