【摘要】 目的通过对异位内膜及在位内膜中上皮型钙粘蛋白表达的研究,探讨上皮型钙粘蛋白在子宫内膜异位症发病中的作用。方法应用S-ABC免疫组化方法对41例子宫内膜异位症患者异位内膜及在位内膜和35例对照组在位内膜中上皮型钙粘蛋白表达水平进行检测,并进一步比较两组表达水平的差异。结果子宫内膜异位症患者异位内膜的上皮型钙粘蛋白的表达水平明显低于在位内膜(P<0.05);且其异位内膜的表达水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。Ⅲ、Ⅳ期E-cad的表达明显低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期(P<0.05)。结论上皮型钙粘蛋白的低表达可能与子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the role of E-cadherin on the occurrence or development of endometriosis by detecting the expression of in eutopic and ectopic endometrium.Methods S-ABC immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of E-cadherin in the eutopic and ectopic endometrium of 41 cases with endometriosis and 35 women of control group.Then,the expression level of E-cadherin was compared between the control group and those with endometriosis.Results The expression of E-cadherin in ectopic endometrium was more than that of it in eutopic endometrium(P<0.05).While,the expression of E-cadherin in eutopic endometrium was less than that of it in control group(P<0.05).The expression of E-cadherin in ectopic endometrium of stage III and IV was less than that of stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ(P<0.05).Conclusion The low expression of E-cadherin may play an important role on the morbility and development of endometriosis.更多还原
