【摘要】 目的分析老年糖尿病患者低血糖的易发原因及防治措施。方法选择门诊及急诊老年糖尿病低血糖患者68例,对其合并症、临床表现及治疗结果等进行分析。结果老年糖尿病患者低血糖主要表现为交感神经兴奋症状与神经精神症状,肝、肾功能不全者低血糖不易恢复。结论老年糖尿病患者易发生低血糖,加强预防、及时治疗有助于改善患者的预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the etiology, management of the aged diabetic patients with hypoglycemia. Methods The background data, clinical manifestation, treatment and outcome of 68 aged diabetic patients with hypoglycemia are analyzed. Results The main clinical manifestations are the symptoms of the sympathetic nerves excitation and loss of consciousness. And the hypoglycemic patients with hepatic or renal dysfunction didn’t respond well to teatment. Conclusion It is easy for the aged diabetic patients to get hypoglycemia. With effective prevention and cure of hypoglycemia, their prognosis can be improved.更多还原
