相对缺血缺氧与丙酸睾酮在促进前列腺增生作用中的相互关系

【摘要】 目的研究相对缺血缺氧状态和丙酸睾酮作用于大鼠时大鼠前列腺组织中Caspase- 3的表达及前列腺指教,了解缺血缺氧状态与雄激素对促进前列腺增生作用的相互关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测60例大鼠前列腺组织中Caspase-3的表达,并测定每只大鼠前列腺指数PI值,将相对缺血缺氧与丙酸睾酮同时作用于大鼠的前列腺组织与二者单纯作用于大鼠的前列腺组织进行比较。结果相对缺血缺氧与丙酸睾酮同时作用于大鼠时前列腺组织中Caspase-3的表达低于二者单独作用于大鼠时前列腺组织中Caspase-3的表达,差异有统计学意义。相对缺血缺氧与丙酸睾酮同时作用于大鼠时前列腺指数PI值与二者单独作用于大鼠时前列腺组织PI值比较,差异有统计学意义。结论相对缺血缺氧与丙酸睾酮同时作用比各自单独作用时更能促进前列腺增生,提示相对缺血缺氧与丙酸睾酮在促进前列腺良性增生方面可能有相加或协同作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression pattern of Caspase-3 in prostate of partly lacking blood hypoxia and testosterone propionate,prostatic PI,then study for relation of partly lacking blood hypoxia and testosterone propionate promoting prostatic hyperplasia.Methods The expressions of Caspase-3 protein were studied in 60 cases prostate tissues by means of avidin-biotin complex immuno- histochemistry,measure prostatic PI of every rats,then contrasting partly lacking blood hypoxia plus testosterone propionate with only partly lacking blood hypoxia or testosterone propionate in course of promoting prostatic hyperplasia..Results Caspase-3’s expression level is lower in group of partly lac- king blood hypoxia plus testosterone propionate than only partly lacking blood hypoxia or testosterone propionate.Prostatic PI is higher in group of partly lacking blood hypoxia plus testosterone propionate than only partly lacking blood hypoxia or testosterone propionate.Conclusion It’s powerer that partly lacking blood hypoxia plus testosterone propionate promote prostatic hyperplasia than only partly lac- king blood hypoxia prostate tissues or inject testosterone propionate into muscle promote prostatic hy- perplasia.It’s show that partly lacking blood hypoxia may be cumulate or assisting with testosterone propionate in course of promoting prostatic hyperplasia.
