【摘要】 目的:探讨变应性鼻炎(Allergic rhinitis,AR)患者中sL-选择素(sL-selectin)的表达及临床意义。方法:用ELISA的方法进行定量检测60例变应性鼻炎患者(其中常年性及季节性变应性鼻炎各30例)血清中sL-选择素的含量,将其结果与健康对照组结果进行统计学分析。结果:常年性AR组sL-选择素含量(2830.1±622.6)ng/mL;季节性AR组sL-选择素含量(3115.2±407.0)ng/mL,对照组为(2253.5±275.9)ng/mL;常年性及季节性变应性鼻炎患者中sL-选择素均高度表达,均比对照组结果增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:sL-选择素在AR患者中的高表达与疾病发病机理有重要关系,检测患者血清中sL-选择素的含量对疾病的诊断、病情估计有一定帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the expression and clinical significance of sL-selectin in allergic rhinitis(AR).Method:Each of 30 perennial and seasonal allergic rhinitis patients and 20 healthy controls were included in this study.Serum sL-selectin was measured with ELISA kits.Result:The level of sL-selectin was(2830.1±622.6)ng/ml in perennial AR,(3115.2±407.0)ng/ml in seasonal AR and(2253±275.9)ng/ml in controls.Higher level of sL-seletctin was observed in AR than in the control.Conclusion:sL-selectin was highly expressed in allergic rhinitis and may be related with the progress of AR.The level sL-selectin could help determining the diagnosis and evaluation of AR severity.更多还原
