【摘要】 目的:观察阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停-低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome,OSΑHS)患者外周血细胞中白介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)水平及其mRNA表达,探讨其意义。方法:观察2006年2月至8月来本院睡眠研究室就诊的OSΑHS患者29例,按照呼吸暂停-低通气指数(apnea-hypopnea index,AHI)分为轻度组9人和中重度组20人;排除OSAHS的健康者共13人为正常对照,分别用化学发光法检测两组血清中IL-6水平及用RT-PCR方法分析外周血单个核细胞中IL-6基因的表达。结果:OSΑHS组与对照组相比,血清IL-6水平及其mRNA表达均明显升高(P<0.05),且血清IL-6水平与AHI及氧减指数呈正相关(r分别为0.377、0.390,P<0.05)。结论:IL-6在OSΑHS患者中表达增多,提示炎症反应可能参与OSAHS的病理生理过程,并与OSAHS相关心血管疾病的出现有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the changes of interleukin-6(IL-6)protein in serum and IL-6 mRNA expression in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs) of patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Method Twenty-nine patients diagnosed as OSAHS from February 2006 to August 2006 were selected.These subjects were classified as the mild and moderate to severe OSAHS according to apnea-hypopnea index(AHI).Thirteen healthy age-matched and BMI-matched adults were included in the study during the same period as controls.The serum IL-6 was measured by chemiluminescence and the expression of IL-6 mRNA in PBMCs was assessed by RT-PCR.Result The levels of serum IL-6 and the expression of IL-6 mRNA were elevated in OSAHS patients than those of the controls(P<0.05).Serum IL-6 levels were positive correlated with AHI(r=0.377,P<0.05) and Oxygen Desaturation Index(ODI)(r=0.390,P<0.05).Conclusion: OSAHS elevated the levels of serum IL-6 and the expression of IL-6 mRNA,indicating that inflammatory response may be involved in the pathogenesis of OSAHS,and may play a role in the development of OSAHS-related cardiovascular diseases.更多还原
