【摘要】 目的:研究黄体酮对SD大鼠急性鼻炎模型鼻腔黏膜上皮的影响。方法:用物理方法制作共得30只SD大鼠急性鼻炎模型,平均分3组,分别为:黄体酮滴鼻组、炎症组、炎症-生理盐水滴鼻组。分别以黄体酮和生理盐水滴鼻4d后取鼻腔黏膜作病理学检查。结果:(1)用黄体酮滴鼻液治疗的SD大鼠鼻腔黏膜上皮完整,纤毛整齐,腺体开放不多;(2)用或不用生理盐水滴鼻液治疗的SD大鼠鼻腔黏膜上皮纤毛倒伏,上皮结构散乱,上皮层大量中性粒细胞浸润;(3)鼻腔分泌物涂片示黄体酮滴鼻液治疗的SD大鼠有少许中性粒细胞,而用或不用生理盐水滴鼻液治疗的SD大鼠鼻腔分泌物含有大量中性粒细胞;(4)Hoechst染色:用黄体酮滴鼻液治疗的SD大鼠鼻腔黏膜上皮凋亡细胞数[(1.583±0.28)/视野]明显少于用或不用生理盐水滴鼻液治疗的SD大鼠[分别是(2.85±0.285)/视野和(4.8±0.715)/视野]。结论:黄体酮对SD大鼠急性鼻炎模型鼻腔黏膜上皮具有保护和抗凋亡作用,同时具有维持黏膜各层的完整性和减轻鼻黏膜水肿、减轻黏膜卡他性炎症的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of progesterone on nasal mucosa in acute rhinitis rat models.Methods:Physically induce SD models of acute rhinitis were treated with nasal drips of either progesterone or normal saline.At the end of four days,nasal mucosa samples of all SD models were harvested and studied pathologically.Results:(1)Progesterone-treated models showed intact nasal mucosa,regular ciliary lining and inactive glands;(2)Untreated or normal saline treated models showed disrupted mucosa,inverted cilia and massive mucosal infiltration of neutrophils;(3)Smearing of nasal discharge revealed limited vs abundant number of neutrophils in SD models treated with progesterone vs untreated or treated with normal saline.(4)Hoechst stain:significantly fewer apoptotic cells per field were found in progesterone-treated models(1.583±0.28)compared with untreated or normal saline treated models(2.85±0.285 and 4.8±0.715,respectively).Conclusion:Progesterone showed protective and anti-apoptotic effects on nasal mucosa in acute rhinitis models.Treatment with progesterone also provided intact mucosal structure,relieved edema and improved catarrhal inflammatory response.更多还原
