【Abstract】 The residual content of the sulfur dioxide in granulated white sugar in our country is commonly high. The physical and chemical mechanism that influences the sulfur dioxide content in the plantation white granulated sugar is analyzed through the experimental investigation. The low quality of the sugar cane,the high contents of colloidal substances,phenolic pigments and the iron,the great variations in clarifying operation conditions and the low level of pan boiling operation are the main factors which leads to high contents of sulfur dioxide in the syrup and eventually in the plantation white granulated sugar of our country.更多还原
