燕麦β-葡聚糖的物理特性和生理功能研究进展
Research on Properties and Physiological Functions of Oat β-glucan
【摘要】 本文综述了燕麦β-葡聚糖的特性以及生理功能,展望了燕麦β-葡聚糖作为一种功能性营养因子的应用前景。
【Abstract】 The properties and physiological functions of oat β-glucan were reviewed and the application of the oat-glucan as a functional nutritional factors was prospected.
