【Abstract】 To optimum the extraction process for ferulic acid from rice bran.HPLC was used as the quality analysis method,and spectrofluorimetry was used as the quantity analysis method.The linear range of the ferulic acid was 0.2～2.2 μg/mL,relationship coefficient was 0.99958.The average recovery was 99.0%.It is accurate,simple,rapid,sensitive to determine the ferulic acid with the fluorescence method.更多还原
