醋酸纤维酯可降解微生物的筛选
Screening of Cellulose Acetate Degrading Microorganisms
【摘要】 用醋酸纤维酯作为唯一碳源,经两次筛选得到了对醋酸纤维酯具有降解作用的两个菌株TS06和TS18。通过使用不同培养基和不同的pH来调整反应条件发现,不同条件下菌株对醋酸纤维酯的降解能力存在差别。在最优条件下,所筛选出两个菌株对底物的降解率都达到了9.4%。
【Abstract】 Strain TS06 and strain TS18 were screened after twice of screening when the cellulose acetate (CA) was used as sole carbon source. Both strains showed degrading ability against CA. It was found that the degrading ability of these two strains was various when the different medium and pH were applied. The highest degrading rate of two screened strains reached 9.4 % under the optimum conditions.
