泡沫铝合金中稀土的增强作用及机理分析
Enhancement Function and Mechanism Analysis of Rare Earth to Foam Aluminum Alloy
【摘要】 稀土添加剂对泡沫铝合金的抗压屈服强度有较大的影响,最佳的稀土添加量为0.40%(质量分数)。在三种不同基体材料的泡沫金属中,稀土泡沫铝合金具有较高的弹性模量、抗压屈服强度以及流变平台区,进一步结合金相图分析稀土对铝合金基体的增强机理。
【Abstract】 The rare earth additive has the tremendous influence to the compress yield strength of foam aluminum alloy,the best rare earth content is 0.40%(quality score).The rare earth foam aluminum alloy has the high elasticity ratio、compress yield strength as well as rheopectic platform area than others in three kind foam metal of different bulk materials,further analysis the enhancement mechanism.of rare earth to the aluminum alloy with the constitution diagram.
