东北亚经济安全机制的构建
On Building Security Mechanism in Northeast Asia
【摘要】 世界上有重要影响的中、美、俄、欧、日五大力量中的四支汇聚于东北亚。东北亚的和平发展是亚太地区和平发展的重要组成部分,也是世界和平与发展的重要组成部分;实现东北亚地区的和平稳定不仅对亚太地区,对整个世界都有举足轻重的积极作用。
【Abstract】 Four out of the five world powers—China,the US,Russia,the European Union and Japan—meet in Northeast Asia,which plays an important part in peace and development in the Asia-Pacific region and in the world.Accomplishing peace and stability in the region is vital not only to the Asia-Pacific region but also to the whole world.
