【摘要】 我国在从计划经济向市场经济转型的过程中所有制结构与所有制形态发生了巨大变化,逐步形成了以公有制为主体,多种所有制经济成份共同发展的基本经济制度。我国存在着宏观和微观两个层面上的混合所有制,混合所有制将是长期存在的所有制形式。不同产权主体之间相互渗透、相互融合的混合所有制还将进一步快速发展。企业所有制结构及股权结构要由日趋完善的市场来产生,这样才能改善我国企业产权结构与经营机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Great changes have taken place in the structure and forms of ownership during China’s economic transition from planned economy to market economy, and a basic economic system has been formed gradually, with public ownership playing a dominant role and diverse forms of ownership developing side by side. Mixed ownership exists on both macro and micro levels and is a form of ownership that is to exist for a long time. Mixed ownership, with different owners of property rights mingling together, will develop rapidly. Ownership and shareholder structure of firms should emerge in the ever-improving market, so as to improve the property right structure and operating mechanism of Chinese companies.更多还原
