【摘要】 目的了解南宁市青少年消化性溃疡发病学特点。方法对南宁市17家医院1992~1997年间经胃镜检查诊断为消化性溃疡的青少年病例进行回顾性分析。结果(1)6年间共检出青少年消化性溃疡人数为10 727例,占同期胃镜检出24 252例溃疡病人数的44.23%,其中青少年男性溃疡病人数8 420例,青少年女性溃疡病人数2 307例,男女之比为3.65∶1,两者之比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)青少年病人中共检出溃疡部位数12 782个,其中十二指肠溃疡(DU)部位数为11 606个,胃溃疡(GU)部位数1 175个,食管溃疡部位数1个,复合性溃疡(CU)部位数227个。(3)发病年龄以30~35岁为高峰,共检出病人4 377例,溃疡部位数5 232个,其中胃溃疡508个,十二指肠溃疡4 724个。结论南宁市青少年消化性溃疡男性发病率明显高于女性,发病人群主要集中在25~29岁、30~35岁年龄段,以30~35岁为高峰,十二指肠溃疡发病明显高于胃溃疡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the characteristics of flaring up of peptic ulcer of the young people in Nanning.Methods The data of the young people who have been diagnosed as peptic ulcer by gastroscopy in 17 hospitals in Nanning from the year 1992 to 1997 were analyzed.Results ①The number of the young sufferers was 10 727 in 6 years,44.23% of 24 252 cases of ulcer in the same years.Among them,8 420 were male,and 2 307 female.The ratio was 3.65 to 1.The difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05).②For the young sufferers,the total of the ulcer areas was 12 782,among which 11606 were DU,1 175 GU,1 esophagus,and 227 CU.③ The peak age of onset was from 30 to 35.There were 4 377 cases with 5 232 ulcer areas,among which 508 were GU,4 724 DU.Conclusion More males than females are afflicted with peptic ulcer for the young sufferers aging from 25 to 29,or 30 to 35.The peak age of onset is from 30 to 35.The rate of DU is higher than that of GU.更多还原
