【摘要】 目的:探讨混配农药制剂5.5%阿维菌素-毒死蜱乳油对大鼠脂质过氧化作用及一氧化氮(NO)浓度的影响。方法:将大鼠随机分为低、中、高3个剂量组和1个对照组,连续经口染毒28 d后,检测大鼠血清丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活力以及NO浓度。结果:随染毒剂量增加MDA含量升高,并呈剂量反应关系;SOD、GSH-PX活力和NO的浓度均有下降趋势,其中各剂量组GSH-PX活力降低较对照组差异有统计学意义,而高剂量组SOD活力和NO浓度下降明显,差异有统计学意义。结论:5.5%阿维菌素-毒死蜱乳油可引起机体的脂质过氧化作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of 5.5% abamectin-dursban emulsion on the activity of lipid peroxidation and on concentrations of serum nitric oxide(NO) in rats.Methods:Rats were randomly divided into low-,median-,high-dose groups and control group.The rats were treated by oral gavage for 28 days.The contents of maleic dialdehyde(MDA),activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and concentrations of NO in serum were measured at the end of the experiment.Results:Compared with those of control group,the contents of MDA increased significantly with the dosage increasing of 5.5% abamectin-dursban emulsion,and the activities of GSH-PX decreased significantly.In addition,the SOD activities and NO concentrations in the highdose group were significantly lower than those in control group.Conclusions:5.5% abamectin-dursban emulsion could cause lipid peroxidation in rats.更多还原
