【摘要】 目的:对比观察PF+CF方案的时辰化疗与常规化疗在治疗过程中对鼻咽癌(NPC)的近期疗效及免疫功能影响。方法:60例NPC患者随机分为时辰化疗组(CC组)和常规化疗组(RC组),每组各30例。两组病例均分别采用两周期PF+CF方案时辰化疗或诱导化疗加常规放疗的治疗措施。结果:CC组完全缓解率、有效率分别为36.7%、96.7%,RC组完全缓解率、有效率分别为20.0%、73.3%,两组完全缓解率及有效率差异有显著性(P<0.05);免疫功能影响,CC组治疗后CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、T+B+NK上升及CD8下降,差异有显著性(P<0.05),RC组治疗后CD8的下降和其余各项指标的上升均差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:PF+CF的时辰化疗对NPC近期疗效好,化疗后患者免疫功能显著提高,PF+CF的时辰化疗是NPC较为有效的治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the therapeutic effect and influence to patients’ immune function of chrono-chemotherapy with those of routine-chemotherapy in treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) patients combined with radiotherapy.Methods: Sixty patients with NPC were divided randomly into two groups(30 cases in each): chrono-chemotherapy group(group CC) and routine-chemotherapy(group RC),and both were treated with chemotherapy and radiotherapy simultaneously.Results: When CR,PR,and ER were used representing complete remission rate,partial remission rate and effective rate which meant CR+PR,after two courses of treatment,the CR and ER of group CC were 36.7% and 96.7%,and those of group RC were 20.0% and 73.3% respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups in CR and PR(P<0.05).The lymph cell numbers of CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8 and T+B+NK significantly increased and CD8 significantly decreased in group CC(P<0.05).While the changes of these lymph cell numbers were not significant in group RC(P>0.05).Conclusions: The short term curative effect of chrono-chemotherapy to NPC is better than that of routine-chemotherapy,and it can improve the immune function of patients.So it is recommended to be a better choice in NPC treatment.更多还原
