归芍胶囊的提取工艺研究

【摘要】 目的:优选归芍胶囊分离纯化的最佳工艺条件。方法:以白芍、川芎、当归的醇提液为样本,使用大孔吸附树脂分离纯化得到其提取物;以芍药苷和阿魏酸为考察指标,采用反相高效液相色谱法进行含量测定跟踪。结果:大孔吸附树脂可用于白芍、川芎、当归醇提液的分离纯化,反相高效液相色谱法可用于归芍胶囊中芍药苷以及阿魏酸的含量测定。采取单独提取纯化方案较为合理。结论:优选工艺适于归芍胶囊的提取纯化生产。

【Abstract】 Objective: To optimize the conditions for the separation and purification of Guishao Capsule.Methods: Using the ethanol extracts of Paeonia lactiflora,Ligusticum chuanxiong and Angelica sinensis as samples,the extract was obtained with macroporous absorption resin;Using peoniflorin and ferulic acid as indicator and their contents were tracked by RP-HPLC.Results: The results showed that macroporous absorption resin could be used as separation and purification method for the ethanol extract of Paeonia lactiflora,Ligusticum chuanxiong and Angelica sinensis.RP-HPLC could be used as a content determination method for paeoniflorin and fernlic acid.It indicated that the extracting and purifying individual elements separately was more appropriate.Conclusion: The established method is feasible and suitable for content extraction procedure of Guishao Capsule.
