【摘要】 目的:了解灭蚊真菌贵阳腐霉对非靶生物小菜蛾幼虫是否有毒害作用。方法:采用胃毒法和触杀法处理小菜蛾四龄幼虫,24 h后观察幼虫死亡率、叶片重量差,5 d后观察化蛹率。结果:胃毒法和触杀法处理小菜蛾幼虫平均死亡率分别为15.5%和12.5%,叶片重量差分别为0.89 g和0.41 g,平均化蛹率分别为22%和17%。与对照组比较差异无显著性。结论:灭蚊真菌贵阳腐霉对小菜蛾幼虫是安全的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate if Pythium guiyangense is safe to Plutella xylostella larvae.Methods: Stomach-toxicity and touch-killing methods were adopted to treat the 4th instar larvae of Plutella xylostella with mycelia of Pythium guiyangense.The larval mortality and weight differences of leaf(food of larvae) in 24 hours were observed and the pupation rates in 5 days were recorded as indexes.Results: In stomach-toxicity test and touch-killing test,the average mortality rates were 15.5% and 12.5%,the leaf blade weight differences were 0.89 g and 0.41 g,and the average pupation rates 22% and 17% respectively.There was not any difference found between the experimental group and control group.Conclusion: Pythium guiyangense is safe to Plutella xylostella larvae.更多还原
