【摘要】 目的:探讨不同算法的区间删失Cox模型在临床随访研究中的应用。方法:用三种不同算法的区间删失Cox模型对鼻咽癌患者随访研究资料进行了分析。结果:三种不同算法的区间删失Cox模型分析的结果相当接近。结论:区间删失Cox模型可作为临床随访研究的有效工具,三种软件中,stpm程序使用较为方便,且用途较为广泛。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application of interval censored Cox model with different algorithm in clinical follow-up study.Methods: The data of follow-up study for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were analyzed by interval censored Cox model with three algorithm.Results: The results analyzed by interval censored Cox model with different algorithm were very identical.Conclusion: The interval censored Cox model is an available tool for the clinical follow-up study.Among the three kinds of software,the Stpm program is easier for use and has relatively extensive applying scope.更多还原
