灵芝三萜类化合物对小鼠抗应激能力的影响

【摘要】 目的:观察灵芝三萜类化合物(GLT)对小鼠抗应激能力的影响。方法:50只小鼠随机分为正常对照组,GLT低、中、高剂量组,阳性药对照组;灌胃给药后,检测小鼠自主活动、负重游泳时间、常压耐缺氧能力。结果:与正常对照组相比,GLT组小鼠自主活动次数减少,负重游泳时间增加,常压耐缺氧能力提高。结论:GLT对小鼠具有镇静作用,并能增强小鼠抗疲劳能力和耐缺氧能力,提高小鼠的抗应激能力。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of Ganoderma lucidum triterpenoids(GLT) on ability of anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia of mice.Methods: Fifty mice were randomly divided into five groups: one normal control group(received NS 10 ml/kg),three GLT groups(received GLT at 0.35 g/kg,0.7 g/kg,and 1.4 g/kg dosages respectively),and one positive control group(received Jiannaojiaonang at 0.54 g/kg or propranolol at 0.027 g/kg).After oral administration,autonomic activities,survival time uoder anoxia,and swimming-sustained time of mice were observed by the methods of anti-hypoxia under normal pressure,and compelled swimming respectively.The results were recorded and analyzed.Results: Mice in GLT groups showed stronger ability of anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia compared with control mice.Conclusion: GLT can improve anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia ability and enhance the ability of stress response in mice.
