【摘要】 目的:研究预防性小剂量尿激酶在断指再植中的应用效果。方法:将96例132指完全离断断指,分为溶栓组和对照组,溶栓组术后应用小剂量尿激酶预防性溶栓,对照组不应用尿激酶溶栓治疗。观察断指再植术后再植指体血管痉挛、血管栓塞、指体坏死的情况。结果:断指再植术后,溶栓组48例72指中再植手指血管痉挛、血管栓塞、指体坏死发生指数分别为11指、7指、3指;血管痉挛、血管栓塞、指体坏死发生率分别为15.3%、9.7%、4.2%。对照组48例60指,再植手指血管痉挛、血管栓塞、指体坏死发生指数分别为19指、14指、10指;血管痉挛、血管栓塞、指体坏死发生率分别为31.7%、23.3%、16.7%,两组比较,P<0.05。结论:在断指再植术后,预防性应用小剂量尿激酶能减少血管痉挛、血管栓塞发生率及再植手指坏死率,提高断指再植成活率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of preventive application of small-dose of urokinase in the replantation of severed finger.Methods: The new protocol was used in 132 fingers of 96 cases.All the cases were divided into experimental group in which small-dose of urokinase was used after the replantation,and control group that didn’t receive urokinase treatment.The indexes of vasospasm,vascular embolism and finger necrosis were observed after the replantation.Results: For the 48 cases of experimental group,among the 72 replanted fingers the numbers of those that showed vasospasm,vascular embolism and finger necrosis were 11,7,and 3,and the rates were 15.3%,9.7%,and 4.2% respectively.In 48 cases of control group,among the 60 replanted fingers,those numbers were 19,14,and 10,and the rates 31.7 %,23.3%,and 16.7% respectively.Conclusion: The preventive application of small-dose of urokinase after the replantation of severed fingers,the rates of vasospasm,vascular embolism and finger necrosis in replanted fingers decrease and so as to increase the survival rate.更多还原
